The water was so warm we all went in. We would hold Little Rocky's hands and have him jump over each wave as it rolled in. He was having so much fun he was laughing and singing the whole time.
Apparently while we were distracted by a tiny banana slug that Little Rock was trying to pick up, A mamma grey whale and her calf swam super close to shore. Two park rangers told us at separate times that it was the greatest whale sighting they had ever experienced so...... we are just trying to focus on all the fun things we did see instead of the life changing sight we missed ha ha;)
