Cedar City, Utah

These boys thought swimming the creek in their undies was the best idea ever!
The gang on Grandma and Grandpa's front porch. So many memories at this little house.
The famous Cedar City 4th of July parade.

These girlies are growing up WAY to fast...
...for reference this feels like yesterday!!
Little Rock and I decided (last minute) to head to Cedar City, Utah to celebrate my grandparents 60th anniversary. Sadly Daddy couldn't get away from work. We weren't sure who would be able to make it but almost everyone did (we were missing Rocky, Ryan and Jake & Megan). All the kiddos made it so Rock was in cousin heaven!!

Growing up we always spent July 4th in Cedar City with my grandparents and appropriately titled Festival City U.S.A.  is the ultimate standard to which I have compared all Fourth of Julys ever since. They have the best Main Street parade and then a giant carnival complete with games, karaoke, and yummy treats. And then of course amazing fireworks. It was so great to relive it with Little Rock. He loved every minute of it!
