Current Events

Little Rocky is growing up so fast. He is so much fun we are enjoying every moment! It seems like the milestones are coming faster and faster. He walks everywhere and tries to climb up on anything and everything (which is terrifying). He says lots of words like  catch, bye bye, night night, etc. but only when he wants to:) He loves to dance when he hears music and has 3 different dance moves he does. He is so curious always exploring and looking for new things to get into; he never sits still. Little Rocky knows when Daddy is going to work. As soon as Daddy puts his shoes on Rocky is running over saying bye bye, waving and giving Daddy hugs (so sweet). Now that it has started to cool off he loves to be in the backyard - throwing balls, getting pushed on his tricycle, playing with the dog and his favorite thing to do is water the trees with the hose. He has just started to color although he still tries to eat the crayons & colored pencils every time. 

Little Rocky eats every meal at his small table and chairs. He drinks from a cup all by himself and is getting so good at using his fork and spoon. We have yet to discover the hand he will use because he switches off all the time. He eats anything and everything; he definitely has his favorites: kiwi, sweet potatoes, carrots, blackberries, and raspberries but he will try it all. He eats 3 meals and 3 snacks daily.

He loves to be around people especially his cousins. It is so fun to get them together they are so sweet to him and he loves them so much. He still loves to read books but it has become a little difficult to read to him because he insists on turning the pages and does it too quickly for us to keep up. He loves any book that has pictures of babies in it he will get it himself and turn through all the pages pointing and talking to the babies. He loves to play catch and push his trucks all over the house. He is obsessed with phones he loves to put them to his ear and talk. Sometimes he throws them when he is done talking so we had to dig out some old cell phones just for him:). He loves to stack his blocks and knock them down. He loves to play his musical instruments especially the xylophone.  

He is the sweetest boy always smiling and giving kisses and hugs.
